Dedicated Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors, currently comprising six individuals, drives our vision and strategy. As we continue to expand and evolve, we're excited to bring on more members who bring diverse perspectives, experience, and insights. Our bylaws allow for the inclusion of up to 11 board members, ensuring robust oversight, valuable experience, and deep knowledge to guide us forward.

Driven by a passion for change, our Board members willingly serve without compensation for their pivotal roles. Their dedication reflects our shared belief in the power of giving back and driving positive impact.

Funds Aligned with Purpose

At Everybody Solar, we believe in putting funds where they matter most. Over 80% of all funds raised by Everybody Solar and our partners are earmarked for Projects that offer direct assistance to communities and nonprofits in need. This steadfast commitment ensures that the heart of our efforts is always about making a tangible difference.

Balanced Allocation of Funds

While the majority of our resources are dedicated to Projects, we also recognize the importance of sustainability. Up to 20% of the funds may be utilized for administrative expenses and advertising. This careful allocation helps us maintain and grow our organization while staying true to our mission.

Future Compensation Possibility

We value the dedication of our officers and employees. Currently, they perform their roles without compensation. However, we've empowered our Board of Directors to consider compensation in the future if it aligns with the best interests of the organization. This flexibility allows us to adapt responsibly as we continue to make strides in our mission.
