Solar for Social Advocates for Youth

Bring solar to the Social Advocates for Youth (SAY) Dream Center, and help them continue to provide counseling, housing, educational support, jobs, and more to over 2,300 youth in Sonoma County.

Social Advocates for Youth spends over $39,000 on electricity a year. Everybody Solar is partnering with SAY to help finalize their solar installation. Our contribution will provide more than $3,000 in savings each year.

This project is fully funded and installed!!!

The money that SAY saves will allow them to better support the youth in this community, making Sonoma County a healthier environment for the next generation.

In 2016 the Dream Center used 176,294 kWh of energy, costing them $39,671. The finalized 120 kW solar array is set to generate 199,000 kWh of energy and/or will offset 100% of their electricity costs (even as they have projected a slight increase in consumption as they reach full capacity for the site).

Social Advocates for Youth is a United States 501c(3) nonprofit organization.
